As a passionate photographer, it didn’t take long for Tanner’s architectural work to get recognized. He started out years ago taking photos casually for Airbnb, yet he was quickly noticed by some larger photography companies and sent on projects around the world. Although originally from America, he has been living in Southeast Asia for almost ten years. It has proven to be a strategic ‘home base’ in which he can easily and affordably travel to clients.

He’s traveled extensively for Intercontinental Hotel Group, having visited Japan, India, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia while working on a project for Crowne Plaza. Currently, he is traveling to China often for IHG, this time handling images for Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn Resorts. From time to time, he returns home to the East Coast and photographs hotels for the numerous brands of Wyndham Hotel Group.

His professionalism and unprecedented attention to detail quickly get noticed by everyone he has the pleasure to work with. Clients receive nothing less than first class service- as Tanner willingly engages all necessary parties during every stage of the project to ensure nothing but satisfactory results are provided. He hopes for nothing less than continued long-term relationships and relies strongly on referral business.

To provide extremely high quality images, only Nikon full frame equipment is used, including a variety of lenses depending on the desired shot. Utilized on nearly every shoot are macro, long, medium, and wide angle lenses. Video is captured in 4K with Nikon and Sony cameras, while high resolution aerial photographs and aerial video is captured in 4k with multiple drones.

Editing Style:

A variety of shooting and editing techniques are available and should be chosen based on the desired result. From the utilization of natural light and editing single images, to the use of multiple external flashes and extensive layering in post-production, there is a solution to achieve the look and feel for each brand’s specific needs. Prior to shooting, these will be discussed at length to ensure a smooth project from start to finish.
